It started with pizza…

…and beer and friends. A group of engineers who, on the first Friday of every month, got together on their sim-rigs and raced. They raced each other, they raced online and they had a blast. And it was during those moments they thought; ‘wouldn’t it be cool to race against real drivers in our sim-rigs’. And there began the journey of Real-E-Racing.

Real-E-Racing Founders Kristien and Wolfgang were building a reputation with their consultancy immerzion Developments, utilising new technologies to bring people closer to brands and when their engineer friends told them about an idea of ‘bringing real-world racing into videogames’, they jumped on it immediately.

Work began in 2024, and in just over a year, Real-E-Racing went from concept to reality.

The following films chart the journey of RER; from our original trailer and our first POC, to Sim Racing Expos and Silverstone successes, all leading to the launch of Real-E-Racing Ltd and the development of our first products.
